Caution should be used in patients with any of the following:

▪Tuberculosis

▪Immunocompromised

▪Pregnancy

▪Active infection

▪Sarcoidosis

▪Sepsis

▪Peptic ulcer disease

▪Diabetes mellitus

▪Renal or hepatic dysfunction

▪Malignant hypertension
